we are fixing a date in the next 3-4 weeks we are planning the team event our 24hr charity do and a 40k tourney in the next few months. the team event takes a bit more planning than the others as you can appreciate, we hope to include more tables this year with bigger teams 7-8(4 teams again it seems to work). we are having a re-shuffle on monday and will have all the teams sorted(maybe some changes to pairings to facilitate the army restrictions).

Let me know the details about the team event - but post up a new thread for that in "other events" section. I thought we brought 8 players last year? x4 fantasy doubles players, x2 40K doubles players, x1 FoW and x1 Bloodbowl. We may be hard pressed to get a Bloodbowl player this year to be honest.
Anyway back to the Rushden Rumble - just over a month left for everyone else that has not paid we do envisage payment by the end of the first week in March as the Hall will have to be paid for in advance. Trophies are being done at the mo and I will collect them next week as I have finished the Golden Zombie trophies - they will need engraved plate on the side.
All Phoenix players must put in some effort to pay please. Just also a reminder that all participators' names for each team, club you are from (if any), Doubles team name, and your army list must be sent to me by the Saturday 26th March. If we could possibnly have these please it makes the running of the tournament a lot easier. Late entries to the tournament after this date (places permitted) will be given a disgressonary amount of time to get their lists in.
The New Orc and Goblins book WILL be used so if you are taking orcs and gobbos please ensure that you use the new book only.

Excellent Justin - there is no age restriction as long as you are there with him. How old is he just out of interest? I will rejig the listings as soon as I have finished this message.

no problem warren. Nathan is 7 going on 45 he knows exactly what everything in the warrior list does and recently received an award at the gathering of might for his dice rolling and was presented with a huge bag of North West Warrior dice. (smiles -proud dad) he has already played his part in the list writing and told me what he should take...

The rules packs state the army lists need to be in by tomorrow? Is that still true or because of the extended tournament date is there an increase in the deadline for army list entries.

If you read all the posts you would have seen that its the 26th March for the army lists. Just ignore the date in the rulespack. For some reason we cannot take the rulespack off here and repace it with a new one. As its just two dates; the event date and the hand in date for army lists we felt that putting over the forums would be a better idea.

This would be Stephen's area as he has the original PDFs. I have an updated word doc I suppose I could put this one up. Stop Press: I have sent this Stephen so that he can make the PDF accurate as well. The list has been updated now as we have had a drop out but gained two more teams paying from the Immortals club. Still there are two interested parties who will get first refusal and two more spare team places. So roll up roll up for the last two!

I have just collected the trophies and medals. I will post up some pictures on flickr in a few days. I bring them down the club on Tuesday for everyone to have a look at. They do look rather good!

I'll bring them all in tomorrow so you can all have a butchers. There is still the frames for the best sports certificates. I have made the certificates up and they look pretty good. I just have to print on some funky card or paper.
