Jon, the non titled position ensures there os an odd umber of members on the committee for voting puposes. Also they may be asked to assist a committee member in any number of ways if required this is rare hope this makes things clear cheers Darrell

Simon, wasn't trying to drop you, or whoever stands in it. If the holder of the committee post wants help doing/ organising stuff, I'm happy to do my bit. Andy

A reminder that those with raffle prizes could you please bring them this evening (Stephen and Darrell). Although it has been snowing the main roads seem to be clear but conditions are still a little treacherous so be careful everyone. There is also the SFS Trophy league draw and the fifth round draw for the WAB campaign. Both ideal to play on the 2nd January if people are looking for an excuse to come over! With other AGM business as well to cover and oh yes the raffle! Tickets will be still on sale for the first half an hour or so - so get your pennies out for what looks like fantastic prizes. For the prizes itself I think its best to draw for the main prizes first - this gives everybody an equal chance to get them. Then it will be whoever's ticket is drawn will get to choose what they wish from the table. This seems fairer. As the number of tickets are drawn this marginally gives everyone a better chance of getting their ticket drawn. Last year's draw went a bit too long with the extra draw for which prize you won. We are a gaming club so I think less time on the draw and more on gaming should suit everyone. Anybody like to motion against?
