i thought that the message board would be a good place to organise to see if anyone is interested in going to any of there tournaments. this month there is a 1500point warhamer event and a 1500 point 40k doubles the latter me and my son are interested in doing

The 40K Doubles is the 30th of August.
The Warhammer is the previous Saturday, so the 23rd.
I'm intested in attending both, in terms of the doubles we'll need to work out who wants to use what, and therefore who will be pairing up with who.

I see its a fantasy 1500pt tournament from their website but nothing more. Is there a set of rules with it and how much is it? If you could email me any info Steve I would be grateful.

Pretty simple rules.
1,500 point armies. 3pts for a win, 2pts for a Draw, 1 for a loss. Most points wins the tournament. I guess VPs or VP Different will break ties, as this is usually how Carl runs his tournaments.
Some of the Bedford members were talking about attending this one, so could be a number of players.
