Hi Stephen this is a more than generous offer - I do have five chaos spawn painted up if that helps on the Daemon front, but as Julie has the Eldar book it might be a good idea if I could make my own list for this if you have the models. If this is ok on either front count me in.

I have a reasonable amount of Eldar models.
I have the following:
8 Howling Banshees (Including Exarch with Web of Skulls) 7 Striking Scorpions (Including Exarch) 1 Wraithlord (Star Cannon) 2 Falcons (One Star cannon, One Scatter Laser) 3 Vypers (Scatter Laser, Shuriken Cannon) 12 Guardians with Scatter Laser Support Weapon 1 Farseer (With Singing Spear) 1 Warlock (With Witchblade) 15-18 Rangers
My own intention is to play my Orks. We can discuss what would make a good Ork/Eldar combination later on if you wish.

That seems to make 5 so far.

We still need another 3 players to make this work. Although I'm sure we'll find them no problem. It's likely that Will, Robert and Edmund will want to play.

I was looking at one and half hours a game, which should easily be enough. With the games running as follows:
Game 1: 10:30 - 12:00 Game 2: 13:00 - 14:30 Game 3: 15:00 - 16:30
I'll be getting down before 10am so that hopefully by 10am the tables for the games will be setup and ready for people to start.
If I know who is coming in advance I'll sort out the initial games before hand so that everyone can just go straight to a table and get ready to play the first game.
I'll sort out the Scenario combination's by the end of the weekend so they everyone can see what they will be playing in advance.

How many points each did you say or is it a case of making up the points between us no matter of ratio?

Thanks for clearing that up as I thought your original post said 2500pts now I read it as 2x 500pts. Thought that was quite big.

Well that gives us 8 which is enough to run the tournament.

We'll need at least 4 more players now if anyone else wants to join in, so we don't have an odd number of teams.
