I just want to make a census on who has what with Warhammer Ancients at 28mm (25mm I suppose would not look to bad on the table).
The Club will have a lot of British Celts which can be used as Picts or other celtic tribes plus the Imperial Romans from Warlord Games.
Not to mention the Spartans from Artizan Designs.
I have Persians (and will have) , Macedonians, Epirotes and Julie has Republican Romans.
Now for everybody else - Please list anything from as far back as Biblical or Trojan war up to Normans circa 1066 AD.

I have a Carthage army, although as they were mainly mercenaries I have a large Celtic contingent as part of that army.

We really should look at having a few games of WAB at the club. We've got all this stuff and it doesn't often get much table time.

Dont actually have an army, just loads of the books. Also WAB 2.0 will be coming out soon, to coincide with ' AD69 Year of the Four Emperors' Here's the link: www.warhammer-historical.com/AD69/background.aspMay be tempted with the new warlord Romans... mmmm....

To just go back on the original post here I would like at some time later this year or next do a WAB campaign - I'm working on ideas for it and trying to pick a Geographic setting for it. It would be understandable that a few armies may be up to a 1,000 to even 2,000 years apart in a few cases but that won't be a problem. If you are interested for this I would think about doing it for September onwards. There are lots of ideas and quite a few that I will steal from the fanatsy lot. But the Ancients rule book already seems to cater for this so I will study this in due time. So who's up for this in September (plenty of time to paint up new armies or use the club ones)?

I have 1400 pts of Warlord Imperial Romans and an allied unit of Celts at 100pts. However only one unit is actually painted at present and two or three still need basing.

You have until September James - it would be great to have you on board in this. Also I would take part in this Campaign (much to the tut-tut of certain individuals) as to be honest I really do miss out on these and they look fun.
