Will there be any Warhammer Ancients or "other" gaming section on the boards as WFB, 40K and Fow have taken all the slots?

I certainly agree. Whilst Warhammer FB and 40k are the most popular games systems in the club at the moment, I see no reason not to have other boards.
I would suggest that we add a "Historical Wargames" board (especially considering the interest we had at Kelmarsh over the weekend), an "Other Wargames" board and a "Non-Wargames Games" board at a minimum (the second one for discussions about games like Munchkin, Talisman, Zombies!!!, or any of those other games that get played at the club). To add any more might leave us with a load of boards that never get used.
I would also like, though I understand that this might not be to everyone's taste, a single sub-board in each of the WFB and W40k sections to discuss the appropriate Specialist Games (Blood Bowl, Mordheim and Warmaster for WFB and Necromunda, Inquisitor, Epic and Battlefleet Gothic for 40k).

What I thought I'd do was add in the obvious boards, then see what else people would like to have added. I'd rather expand what's in the forum a bit at a time, rather than have a huge array of options that are never used.
What I'll do is create a Historical board, plus an Other Games board, and then I'll tack on any appropriate sub boards as and when required.

A number of other forums have the photo section - I have thought about doing a small profile on each member vis a vis the armies they have - nothing personal. You know - why they chose it / them - a photo or two of their army/armies etc etc...

I can add a Photo's section if you wish. However you can't post images directly to these boards, so anything that wants to be displayed here will have to be hosted on another internet site somewhere so you can put in a URL link to it here.
I can upload images to the clubs website to allow this, but be aware there is a size limit on how much storage the website can take up before we would have to pay for additional space. I think it's generous enough to allow a pretty decent selection of images however (provided they're not enormous)

I could see about building an alternative website just for that or alternatively as you have much better know how on this matter - you could do one as stated. We would have to limit the pixel sizes on the photos though. Perhaps using the avatars to keep everybody's identity a little private (ie no actual photos of them). Although this is just a suggestion.
There should only be points about what people play - their armies and photos of a few selected ones with an explanation of each. Again nothing personal on them.

Is there a chance we could get a Trade/For Sale board up? I'm sure that there are loads of people either looking to sell or looking to buy things (for example, Carl's post about Munchkin in the "Other Games" board).
It could also be used, I suppose, for club members to advertise their wares that are listed on other sites, such as eBay auctions.

Sure beats paying ebay to do it! So an excellent idea - I concur.
