Kelmarsh 2009 will be over the weekend of 25th & 26th July.
put these in your diary folks and book your holidays now as it will be a massive weekend.
don't forget that some of us intend to stay over in the marquee on the saturday night to have a a BBQ and a few beer. entertainment is provided music wise and we can just chill out and perhaps play a few quiet games ourselves.

You must ensure that we can get facilities such as wash and brush - or even a shower! If not it may be prudent to bring some water not to mention toothpaste and toothbrush. I don't really want to be talking to the Gen Pub with a breathful of stale booze from the night before - even if it is only one or two tinnies. I usually have a pack of mints anyway if people are desperate! Sounds good though! Are you sure that EH will let us sleep in the marquee though as I find this a little hard to believe?

i am hopeful that there will be showers available as they should have had them this year but a double booking meant they couldn't have them, which was a bit of a let down i think as the re-enactors have used them the previous years.
i asked about camping out in the marquee and the EH lady said it would be fine.

we should also have the marquee size within the next few days so can work out where and how many tables we can do
