guys
just a couple of things re kelmarsh, some that i forgot to put in the last update, some in response to that update, and some general info;
1. family passes; after the last update i was asked to contact EH and ask if we could purchase reduced price tickets. this i have done but they cant give me an answer until April as the pricing for the event has not been finalised yet. once i have any info i will let everyone know.
2. the club is purchasing some more terrain mats for use at both kelmarsh and other events the club does / may attend in the future, and for use in Phoenix run tournaments.
3. this year the committee has decided not to purchase t-shirts and so we ask everyone who atttends to wear one of their own Phoenix club shirts (whichever colour you wish) used in previous years, or one you have purchased yourself.
4. due to the fact we now have several members who are also members of other local clubs, i would like to ask that everyone only wears shirts / tops etc that have the Phoenix Gaming Club logo on them. this is to avoid any issues of us being the only club in attendance at the event. anyone wearing non Phoenix shirts will be asked to kindly remove them whilst they are in the marquee area.
5. the club meeting on Tuesday 12th July has been moved to Thursday 14th July to allow items to be used for Kelmarsh to be taken away on that night rather than on Tuesday and cause storage issues at peoples houses etc.
