Well from our snow filled fantasy table it seemed a rounding success! Everybody that came to the table really enjoyed themselves and left to only come back and ask if we were still playing on (when we were packing away).
Many thanks to Liam who was inspiring to all and the punters!
But also to James, Chris and Julie without their hep this would never had been done! Cheers.
There was lots to see if you had the time - I indulged with a bit of chin-wagging with the Warlords Games People and took a number of photos of their table. Keeping in mind the models they have pledged for Kelmarsh - I thought it prudent to have a look at how they painted them. Jon and Carl may want to scan over at the Flickr site in the next few days.
By all accounts the 40K table was a hit as well but I'm sure someone on that table would give more info after. Thanks to David, Steve, Darrell, Paul and Nathan for their contributions - it looked like a good table to play on!
Of note if anybody got anything from Gamesday that they would like to put in for the raffle - let me know and pass it on for Wednesday as I would like to make a prize list. I couldn't get anything as I sneakily went over to where Darrell got some stuff and was told it was donated to Phoenix already - well I had to try - it was a little embarrassing - so I didn't say much at the time - but there you are.
One sour point is the fact one of my trolls got stolen when I went off to chat with warlords. I think it was quite dispicable and the guys on the table had their suspicions but only noticed when stacking for the next game. Little kids were not seen for dust after that.
