I have now done the draw for the first round of games for the FoW Tournament.
Round 1 is the Free for All Scenario, and since we have an even 8/8 split of Axis and Allies all of the first round games are Axis vs Allies.
The games are:
Table 1: Roddy Trimble (Phoenix) vs Clive Vaughan (Peterborough) Table 2: Anders Johansson (Battlefront) vs Alex Strawinski (Phoenix) Table 3: Kevin Dowsett vs Ian Overton (Loughborough) Table 4: Stuart Taylor (Phoenix) vs John Dear (Northampton Warlords) Table 5: Mike Hummel (Northampton Warlords) vs Matt Sulley (Battlefront) Table 6: Peter Entwistle (Ribble Warriors) vs Micheal Skeets (Phoenix) Table 7: Kev Brewin (Loughborough) vs Edmund Dymott (Phoenix) Table 8: Sam Street (Ribble Warriors) vs Neil Hammond (Peterborough)

Just a quick post to thank everyone for a great day.
Regarding feedback the only thing I change would be to make it so that it was one person - one prize. e.g. If you were voted best painted and won the tournament then the prize for best painted would go to the person who had the second best painted with a verbal acknowledgement to the actual best painted. Just means more people get to share in the goodies. Kevin

fair point, but if you have the most votes for say best painted and then win the tournie then i think you deserve to win 2 prizes.
not all the best players are great painters and vice versa.
