Finalised the WAB pack today - it needs one adjustment and should be ready for Stephen to put up here - just waiting on Simon. Actually I should be able to put this up - so Simon when you are ready send it to me please.

Yep over at Northampton Warlords, Bedford Gladdies forum, the Maelstrom Warhammer forum, Daventry Vault, Kettering (I think), can't remember the others. I'm going to post over at some other club sites if I can find their web addresses. Why?

If you see "Axes and Axis" advertised on a forum don't advertise it on that one... shimples eh?

With a surname like that we wouldn't expect nothing less - willkommen! You have been added to the roster.
Just to remind everybody that payment will be due on the 1st July 2010. No earlier please (although exceptions for our friend in Spain who has already paid).

Any news on the WAB pack?
I'm interested, but would like to see the pack first. Also need to know if any (and which) armies form Armies of Antiquity can be used.

Which army are you thinking of taking from AoA? Due to the release of WAB 2.0 we have had to make a few changes to the acceptance of AoA armies -as they are a little out of date and superceded by 1.5 lists now. Please remember that anything after 1066 AD will not be accepted. A full list of what you can and can't have will be in the rulespack. The WAB 2.0 rulespack will be up tonight at approx. 9.00pm - just waiting for the final cut to be sent to me.
Just let me know what you are taking and I can give you a heads up before hand.

Was thinking of Nomadic Horse (Hun). I've also a Crusader army, but that would be after the 1066 cut off.

Nomadic horde list in 1.5 is ok - Huns though - ooh naughty! Very difficult to pin down, lots of archer cavalry - grumble grumble.... but still legit!

yes - it is the same as the one in AoA, based on a quick check a few days ago - I will be doing a more comprehensive check in the next few days.

Based on comparisons of one or two of the other lists between the AoA and the 1.5 Rulebook I did a while ago, you might find a small number of units have had their points costs tweaked slightly, but otherwise the lists are pretty much identical.
Once I've got my copy of the 1.5 rulebook back from Simon. I can bring it down to Bedford, so you can check how that copy of the Nomad Horde list compares to the AoA one, if you want Mark.
