Just a thought for everybody. As the 6th round is "find the engineer" skirmish game, I would like to do as we did before having a skirmish night. Two round robin pools.
Obviously the matches would be a straight swap from the first round so that we didn't play the same armies in skirmish mode.
These would be on one night
Warren, James and Roddy vs Kieron, Stephen and Colin
on the other night we would have
Simon, Darrell, Robert vs Julie, Alex and Andy
this is just a thought for the moment but the best solution.
All in favour say "aye!"

That's fine. But the date for my group's games will have to fit in with the Role Playing schedule.
It'll be up to Robert if he wants to skip a Role Play week to fit in with the other group. But as the GM I can't miss a week otherwise nobody has a game.

Just had a look at the original scenario for this and it will need tweaking. On reflection it wasn't a good idea to put in the single chariot as an option for the bonuses as several armies just wouldn't have them and they become a little redundant or could be used as suicide units.
So I have spruced up the D6 table and added a little mischief into the mix for the dreaded one roll. All builds from the engineer will be war machines that are listed in the army books. I have adjusted some points on the potential warmachines but you will have to wait and see why when I finalise the round 6 pack - intrigue - intrigue! So please disregard the original round 6 rules from the "Campaign Thoughts" file As we are playing a round robin bunch of games for this you will have to capture the engineer twice out of three games to gain any bonus warmachines. Vps will still be counted for the league tables however if you score more vps than your opponent but he gets the engineer back - he/she wins. Full rules for round 6 to be posted next week!

There are still some round 5 games outstanding, but we should be thinking about arranging some Round 6 - Round robin skirmish nights in February. For the round robin that I'm involved in are James, Roddy, Colin, Stephen and Kieron ok for the 16th February? I don't think you are role playing then Stephen -but correct me if I'm wrong.
The other round Robin group could we set a date for the 23rd February that would be Robert, Simon, Darrell, Julie, Alex and Andy. This would give some people the time to finish up the round 5 matches. Could I have some acknowledgement of commitment to this dates please. I believe one or two round 5 matches are being played this Tuesday.
To be honest there really isn't anything stopping us all playing on one night to get it over and done with. I will poll this.

Who am I playing against on the 6th round? It's like we did before with all the tables next to each other isn't it?

Can't do the 16th of Febuary, that's a roleplay night.
I think the 23rd is ok with me, but I don't remember at present whether I've already arranged a SFS game for that week.

Ok Stephen I suppose we could have everybody doing the 6th round on the 23rd - it works out for most and Robert will not need to miss a Roleplay that week. So could I have everybody's support for the 23rd - that's everybody playing WAB round 6 round robin both gro0ups on the same night.
