Excellent Alan and Paul! This is an open tournament for all clubs -I would like to see other clubs getting involved. I have added to you the list above. I will be asking for payment in January (this is for everyone to actually secure a place for definite) - shouldn't hurt the pocket too much. Hopefully you have downloaded the pdf rules.
