The tables in the forum use a kind of psuedo HTML code, but I've updated the table on page 2 with the up to date results anyway.

I've updated the table to include the latest results.
Alec has now played all of his games, Steve and Jon only have one more game to play, and there's a few of us now who only need to get a couple of extra games in.

There seems to be a lot of people who have only played 2 to 4 games but can still win this, please remember games need to be done and all finished so the trophy can be awarded at the AGM on the Tuesday before Xmas as a new competition could start in January

Afternoon Folks, Updated league table going into the final league month of the Simon Freshwater Memorial Cup is as below; (looks like Stephen's ahead of me in updating the table on here!). The final club night for playing games for the league will be 9th Oct 2018. 52 games played so far this season!! But as detailed in the rules pack this will be the ninth and final month of the league. Carl has already posted regarding the fact there are a number of people that could still win this by squeezing in a few more of their eligible games over the next few weeks. With the last week being 9th Oct there is still time to push to the top. As before please register your results via the link in the original post or post them up on here and I will ensure they are entered when the table is finalised. Good luck all

Evening all, Well the 2018 AoS League for the Simon Freshwater Memorial Cup has come to an end with the 9th Oct being the last round of games. Having given a week for any final results to be entered and queries to be resolved; please find the final standing for the Simon Freshwater Memorial Cup below. I would like to thank everyone who has managed to set aside an evening or more to participate in the Cup. Having drawn in a number of new players, engaged a few players who were not playing AoS following the end of Warhammer Fantasy and a whole raft of our weekly players managing to get games its been a great success for what used to be a small portion of the Phoenix Gaming Club. In joint First Place with 30 Points each and 6 Major Victories each are Stephen Mawson and Mike Stewart. Well done guys!! Unfortunately Mike has recently been deployed overseas with his job for a number of months and as such is unable to meet the challenge of facing Steve in a Winner-takes-all bout. Congratulations Steve Mawson
Again thanks to all who have joined in and those who have supported the league process.

Thanks for running this Craig, and well done Steve
If you can get the trophy engraved it can be presented to Steve at the AGM
Paul Wilkinson has it and I'll ask him to bring it along in November to hand over for engraving

Cheers Craig for organizing the league - outstanding.
The league was great fun - thank you to all my opponents and everybody who took part.
Time to consider new armies for next year.

Next years trophy will be fought over using a different system, but please feel free to run a other league, and no objection from me if you wanted to get a few trophies from club funds for it, just run it past committee and in particular Warren as events coordinator

I had pulled out of this league due to the amount of time I had to work over the summer and missing all those potential games. Thank you Craig for doing this for this year. Well done Stephen for winning this - maybe we could get a game in so you could wipe the floor with me. Lots of players involved here too. As Carl says if you wish to do another league next year just run it past me (however it won't be SFS). All too often there are attendance problems (like I just had) and clashes with people playing more than one system. I'm sure a small trophy could be made available for next year's winner of AoS. Maybe you could do a Campaign style game?
