It's important that every game can count to the league no matter the comp, scenario or size of game.
Par come up with a very simple league system that take a lot of what the Derby wargaming Society ran earlier this year. Season length is TBC but not less than 3 months and probably not longer than 6.
There will be a prize or a trophy for the first season.
The Rules : Simple rules are best. 1 game per month will count towards your league points. Games should be played at the Rushden Phoenix Club. Any type of game and size can count, narrative, free or matched play - hence the draw points below. Games results to be submitted to me or Par or listed below in the thread. Please keep track of all games played in the month as major wins, minor wins will count towards tie break situations.
League Points: 4 for a major victory 3 for a minor victory 1 for a major loss 2 for a Draw/minor loss 1 for killing enemy General 1 for painted/based army 1 for favourite opponent
League will start in Jan 2017, so we have time to adjust the above and see how everybody feels.
You can use and Faction or Grand Alliance for games, even switching between games if you like. Also any comp pack or type of game will be included. All that matters is you are playing games.
Any questions give me or Par a shout
regards steve

Steve I would look at some of the old posts to show how to get results up for people to see. There is a rather complicated (if you don't know) way of doing the results tables in proboards format. All you need to do is copy paste and follow the pathways to replace and insert whatever you need as your headings. If that makes sense. Its always good to get a sense of where people are.

You should be able to attach a file to your post if you want, you'll need to use the normal reply option rather than quick reply if you want to do that. People can then download and open the word/excel file.
The forum does have a storage limit however, so if you are planning on doing that I'd appreciate it if the files you upload aren't too large. Exporting to PDF and then uploading that ought to keep the file size down.
Generally when I've been doing league reporting I tend to just use the table options available in the forum, you should be able to get it to give you whatever configuration of columns and rows you want (headings and all). Then I just edit the table details as results come in and the league positions change.

Where's my name on the list Steve? Hopefully playing Craig next week but this will be a practise match. If you have an excel file or other document for the results you can attach them. If you haven't PM if you want me to help. Click the edit button on your post and use the attachment button, then browse to find your file on the system, click open and it should be uploaded.
