Errata for scenario one Ques 1: Do drunken giants activate fanatics even if he is yours?
Ans 1) Drunken Giants are temporarily enemy units for all players and will activate proximity rules such as fanatics etc... until the player rolls a six to get him under control and back in the fold of which is your army!
Ques2 : In scenario 1, do the drunk Giants roll when they are in combat & if so do they randomly move out of combat if the scatter dictates?
Ans 2) As the scenario says if his random movement moves him into combat then he will have to complete whatever roll he had that got him there. However once in combat he does not roll on the drunken chart as he is far too busy smashing face! At this point its safe to say that the giant is stuck in combat until he wins, gets killed or flees/pursues. The owning player can make decisions for him like reforming / restrain pursuit etc.only in combat. After combat and if there is no other unit in B2B then he rolls again on the drunken giant table.
Ques 3: If the drunken Giant is in combat with multiple "friend" and foe units what happens for combat resolution?
Ans 3) The drunken giant (unless he yells and bawls) will have to work out the total CR coming from all units in combat by treating them all as the enemy. Same for all other units in that combat.

Just a question about deluge Warren. If wood elves with magic arrows are exempt from the rule, are other units using magic also exempt? ie tomb kings asp arrows or daemons (Inc hellcannons).

As long as the army rule book says they take no shooting penalties full stop then ok. So TK archers (asp arrows)should be exempt also. However Hellcannon is counted as a warmachine (even though its part daemonic) so has to follow the rules for warmachines. So it is not exempt I'm afraid. Any other shooting that requires BS is not exempt unless they have a rule that specifically says they do not take penalties like WE and TK.

Just to clear up Ques 1) is it up to the team who's turn it is to decide the order of compulsory moves (even though all giants are enermy units) or are giants moved in the order they where placed on the table, before/after other compulsory moves? Ans 1) The Giants should be the first to be moved in the compulsory phase - then anything else. As the Giants are technically "yours" and "theirs" they sort of move as fanatics "simultaneously" however for the order of movement between them you roll a D6 whichever has the highest moves first then subsequent ones go after that. To dictate when they move would give you an advantage in your player phase, best if they were all out of your control for the movement and it was kept randomly. Ques 2) if the giant throws a rock (not onto his foot) what happens if you role a misfire on the artillery dice? We just took it as an embarrassing miss. Ans 2) Good question =D> - treat as if if had rolled a 1 on the D3 for that section. After all it is an unforgivable misfire - with 200 gallons of beer swill behind it. Ques 3) If the giant randomly moves into contact with a unit, will it ignore all other actions? ie will he belch and no longer be in contact or end his move there. Ans 3) If it randomly moves into contact it must finish whatever action has come up on the dice. Most are self explanatory apart from the example you brought up. He would get in contact then belch, the unit would go out of contact (taking necessary wounds if applicable). The Giant would no longer be in contact but would have to stop where he made initial contact. If he rolled a six and is in your control he has had his compulsory moves and it takes him a bit of time to readjust and shake off his headache. He moves normally under your control in your next player phase.
