My 4 x 4 frame is available, and will fit 4 2x2 tiles nicely. Nice and contained, say 500 point BA armies small simple for participantes to learn the system, just needs volunteers to run.

Dave Wilkin will be doing a Black Powder napoleonic game instead of an ECW game and is looking for some volunteers to help man his table with him.
any takers, plus we need at least one more table

That 4x4 frame sounds ideal - although I am only doing one game a day on the Pirates. Julie and I want to circulate and if it involves helping out Dave for a turn that would be useful for him and for me to get BP in my head. Although primarily I am with you guys on HC.

what about less games bigger tables?

as there is the possibility of a much larger marquee due to potential of more traders from this year we will need more 'area' taken up by games which is why both the ancients and WW1 games are 8 x 6. the nap game would be at least that as Dave Wilkin is doing black powder so we could do with another large game or maybe 1 or 2 smaller games if they are 4 x 4 or 6 x 4
i have also emailed Ches to say i need to speak to him re what they are proposing to do this year re a trade stand. as if they know they are up against others they may bring a better range than they did last year as that was not really suitable for the target audience so to speak as not enough blisters.
will keep everyone informed

Spotted these on the Victrix site: If these are out in time for Kelmarsh (possibly Salute?) it might be a good way to bulk out the WW1 game. Failing that they should be out some time before Kelmarsh 2018, though with Victrix anything is possible...

If you guys need anything to borrow from us such as WW2 buildings, pontoon bridge, Roman watch towers and walls and gateways in 28 and 15mm, Victorian pub, houses etc just let us know. We will be there with you as we are booked in for two days so look forward to playing some games with you guys. www.timelineminiatures.co.uk

I'm sure that Simon would bite your hand off real quick to borrow the Roman watch towers as he was chatting about using some for his scenario. Yes it will be nice for you to get involved with some of the games - you would have to organise a switch-a-roo with who(m)ever is minding your wares stall wise.

What scale does he need

He will be running 28mm scale - however its best to wait on and see what he would actually like, as much as I would like to blag some for him to borrow, its safer to hear from the man himself.
