In no way are we ready to take on a Kobold. A wood pretty much beat us last time out.

Hi, I'm completely new to role playing, but I'd really like to get started. I was wondering if I could maybe come down, join in and learn a thing or two. So long as you're all willing to accommodate a new completely green player of course. Thanks

More fodder for the forest!!!
I'm sure you would be more than welcome. We were looking for a few more victims. . . Sorry I mean team mates.
You could either Generate a character on the night or we can bring you a premade one down if you let us know what sort of character you'd like to play.

Fantastic! I think I'd prefer to generate a character on the night if that's okay. Thanks again

How do you feel about being dog-fodder? Thats a BIG question you should ask yourself before you join our band of incompetent boobs adventurers.
Are your weapon handles coated with butter? Ours are.

that's ominous, but I'm sure I'll take to being fodder well enough. As for my weapon handles, I wouldn't get your hopes up about mine being butter/spread free

Hi, should be able to make Tuesday if you can fit me in to your gang. I'd be happy with pre-rolled if you like, I'm willing to grow into any roll...lol

We were keeping a seat warm for you Graham.
If you let me know a race and class you'd like I can whip the basics up in PCgen for you and then you can do the tweaking if you like?

Thanks, I'd be cool with a human, no real preferences to class but if you haven't already got one a magic user or thief. Failing that be more than happy with a fighter...do they still have paladins (Lawful Good of course) as a class these day?

Currently we have no theif, no magic user or a Paladin.
(We have a CLeric who spent more time in a pool of his own Blood, a Ranger who can't track to save her life and a swashbuckler who can't hold onto his weapon) :-)

Great - so we'll have a fanatic who'll go off chasing street urchins, a haemophiliac cleric, a woodswoman who might as well be blind and Captain Jack Sparrow's handicapped cousin! Sounds like a lot of fun!

Great game again last night fellas. Most fun I've had in ages.
Kaji, welcome to the group and to the club, other than sending me on an acid trip I think your character was about the only effective one in the party. I honestly can't believe you're new to the whole RPG thing, you nailed it first time.
So now we've been defeated by a dog and a shack, I can only hypothesize that perhaps some light rain or a vole will be our next nemesis.
