So far we have for Kelmarsh the following tables. Names in brackets are the main table organisers at this time, along with the area of the tables they will be on;-
WW2 Bolt Action (Carl) 8ft x 6ft
Dark Age Skirmish (Simon) 6ft x 4ft (game size may be 4ft x 4ft)
Ancients (Warren) 8ft x 6ft
this means we are looking for at least one other game.
previous years have seen more games but i think if we only do 4 large(ish) games we can have more club people per table meaning more coverage when people want breaks etc.
perhaps a flames of war table could be put forward as we haven't had one for a couple of years, so any flamers who want to run a game please let me know asap.
if we dont get any other takers i could offer a table to the guys from Wargames Illustrated.
please let me know asap so we can add you to the list.
Pm me or chat at the club etc if you want to know anything
cheers

If we cant get another game going maybe we could set up a 'display' game i.e. a nice looking table that does not get played? The Club Romans/Celts or the club ACW would be nice - we could always rope off the area if we are worried about thefts.

or we could set up something else hobby related that we could get kids to do.
Building scenary. Painting models etc.
That way parenst can play the games while small children can enjoy painting
We could get some boxes of plastics off of Warlord (this means if we run out we buy more).
Just an idea

Every year Warlord talk about doing some kind of Kid friendly grab bag with a few plastics in and maybe a brush and paint.... maybe this is the year?
If someone was up for it I would like to see an ACW black powder game going on or a Hail Caesar since we have the models and the rules are so friendly and no casualties to remove. I have said I'll do the Bolt Action with Carl since I can only really do one day otherwise I'd put my money where my mouth is.
What do we have for ACW? I would like a game one night at the club if we have enough stuff...

I think we sold the ACW stuff to someone at the club... I'm not sure who.

UPDATE!

WW2 Bolt Action (Carl) 8ft x 6ft
Dark Age Skirmish (Simon) 6ft x 4ft (game size may be 4ft x 4ft)

Wild West (Dave T & Max) 6ft x 4ft
Force on Force Modern Warfare (Dave Wilkin) 6ft x 4ft
this means we are now FULL for games this year.
what i need now is for those people NOT running games but planning on helping out is to let me know what games they would prefer to play, so please post here asap.

Force on Force was real popular last year, and i love the idea of the Wild West one. it was one I was hoping to do sometime but never got around to doing. Rob is fine being on our table again as I have asked him and Julie will be there also.

sorry but there is no Warlord ACW game.
as far as i know they are not running a game, and haven't asked for space to do so. they are simply doing their trade stand as usual.
the only games are those shown above

Viking Skirmish in 28mm may well alternate with Gladiators in 54mm - depending on how bored I am with the vikings and what the public wants at the time
